Who doesn’t love pizza? When you are baking pizza for your kids add healthy vegetables such as broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes and other veggies in it. Then cover it with a layer of cheese, it is one of the best ways to make your kid eat veggies.

Ask your kids what they want in lunch and pasta will be one of their favorite options. While making pasta add some chopped vegetables like capsicum, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, and corns in it. You can blend all the cooked vegetables to make a sauce .
