Appu Ghar

One of my favorite picnic spots of childhood. Opened in 1984, it was the best picnic spot for many generations of kids but was temporarily shut down in 2008. But in 2014 it reopened in Gurugram. The park offers various rides, games and even has a Water Park.
Adventure Island

If your kid love rides then you must head here with him. This adventure park has 26 rides and a separate entertainment zone for kids named Pogo. This place offers refreshment for both kids and adults. A day out at this place will make your kids happy. You can even enjoy shopping as there is a mall attached to it.
Children’s park

Located near India Gate this park was renovated in 2002 and now it offers a large variety of swings, games, library, and musical fountain, playing equipment, theater and amphitheater. The whole area is beautiful and your little ones will enjoy a lot.
Kingdom of dreams

India’s first live entertainment theatre is a place every kid would love to visit. Every state of India is represented by its art, food, culture and other specialties offering kaleidoscope view of all Indian cultures. There are a lot of activities for both kids and adults including musical shows.
National Zoological Park

Many of us might have visited the place in childhood but now it’s time to take the kids. It is shelter to almost 1400 animals including species of birds from around the world. You can spend a good family time here. Rather than walking go for the paid battery cart.
Bal Bhavan National Children’s Museum and Aquarium

It has a large collection of toys, dolls, currency and art and craft material from different parts of the world. They even organize exhibitions, workshops and puppet shows for children.
National Rail Museum
