List of changes made by CBSE for 1st to 12th class:
From a long time CBSE had a fixed pattern for its study material and examination but now, The Central Board of Secondary Education has made some historic changes in exam pattern for class 10 and 12, the conduction of exams, the early announcement of the result and few more. Check out the changes below:

Exams will start from February 2019
Earlier, the vocational and the core subjects’ exams used to be held in the month of March. But from this year’s session, the CBSE will conduct the vocational exams in February whereas the core subject’s exams will be taken in March. There are 15 vocational subjects in Class 10 while 40 skill education subjects have been offered for class 12. So, CBSE has decided to conclude the exams of these subjects in the month of February 2019 while in March 2019 the main exams will be conducted for the core subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Languages, Chemistry, Biology, Geography etc.

Digitalized question papers
For avoiding any kind of paper leak in the exams, CBSE has made a change in terms of question papers.The board has launched a pilot project as the encrypted form of question paper. Like the CBSE will issue the encrypted question paper to the Principle of the respective schools and they can download it right before the exams.

The early announcement of the result
The High Court of Delhi has directed CBSE to release the results earlier from this academic session. The HRB Minister, Prakash Javedkar has also directed CBSE to make efforts to get it done.

No homework for class 1 and 2
Madras High Court has also instructed CBSE to stop giving homework to class 1 and 2 students. Also, the weight of the bags must be ¼ to the weight of the student.

Two options of Test Paper for class 10 Mathematics
Now the candidates of class 10 will get the choice to answer a standard level or existing level mathematics question paper. The students who do not wish to opt math for higher studies can opt for the standard level of question paper.
