Yoga Enthusiast Shilpa Shetty Teaching Pranayama :
Shilpa Shetty always gives women fitness goals with her perfectly toned body. She is practicing yoga from last many years and has become an expert in it. In spite of becoming a Mother she looks as young as a girl in her twenties and always motivates people to live a healthy life. Today on International Yoga Day she has shared a video giving a lesson on Pranayama. In the video she is suggesting people to go for easy asanas instead of the difficult ones for a healthy lifestyle and giving us other beneficial tips too.
She has also explained the benefits of pranayama in the video and wrote “Dear Instafam, pranayama: Pranameans life (no life without breath), ayama means practice/control. So when you practice control over breath you will have control over your life and mind.”
